About Model

My deepest passion lives at the intersection of healing, relationship, and embodiment. For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to understanding why people suffer, how they protect themselves, and what becomes possible when they finally feel safe enough to soften, sense, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. My work — and my life — is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about remembering what is already whole. I am most alive when I am supporting others in coming home to themselves: helping them slow down, attune, and listen to the subtle layers beneath their patterns, their body responses, and their stories. Through somatic work, nervous system education, intuitive awareness, and trauma-informed practice, I aim to create spaces where people feel seen, met, and supported as they rediscover their capacity for regulation, resilience, and self-trust.
